KIRIGAKURE, railey suiyou

The boy is not originally from Kirigakure, both of his parents were from the Land of Fire. Most of his life was spent there, going through his Genin training and learning most of his fire related skills from his father. Known for always getting into trouble and being a bit of a klutz, he just wanted to live up to what his older brother had become. Around the age of fourteen his training almost done his father just randomly pulled him away from school. No warning or anything they were taking him to another village, a mission or so his mother told him when he bothered to ask her.

Railey wondered why they didn't take anything, leaving the house with almost everything in it. He had a small bag and his parents only had what they really needed. It was almost like they were going on the run but from what it really confused him. Not that he complained the boy just went along with it, even if he had a feeling something was off. As they walked closer to the village he had felt the distance between them growing. His parents just left him there...giving him a small kiss and then knocking him out. It was the way they wanted to protect him but they couldn't tell Railey that.

The last words they spoke were We don't want you anymore and that was all he heard. Even when they had told him they loved him he was already unconscious so he was left with the thoughts of them just tossing him aside. When the boy opened his eyes he was in a bed...for a second he almost thought he was at home, but even stepping onto the floor felt different. He knew he was still in the Land of Water and his family was gone, no brother or his parents. That's where his training in the Water Village started...to at least get somewhere, he did want to go home and see if he could find them though.

Accepting what they said about him before they left, he just stayed where he was. Standing out because unlike the others he didn't have water jutsu...but it never stopped him. Trying his best to just be stronger and bring his parents back. Find out why they left him behind in the Land of Water, what were they protecting him from and if it had anything to do with his brother's disappearance.

*Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique): A basic Ninjutsu technique taught to all academy students that allows the caster to take on the appearence of a object or person. Those using the technique have to detailed with their transformations otherwise they can be revealed with the most subtle flaws. This jutsu only gives the caster the appearence of the not the personality or jutsu or etc of the target.

*Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing): This technique requires adequate chakra control from the Ninja in order to execute. The shinobi will concentrate Chakra their feet and keep a constant flow going. While keeping this steady flow of chakra, the user will be able to walk up and on solid surfaces. It is possible to keep his going while in combat, but if concentration is broken – the nin will fall.

*Nawanuke no Jutsu (Escaping Technique): A basic technique taught to Academy students that allows the shinobi to escape from the bindings of rope and such. it will allow escape from simple knots and ties and bindings.

*Suimen Hokou no Waza (Act of Water Surface Walking): This technique requires adequate chakra control from the Ninja in order to execute. While keeping this steady flow of chakra, the user will be able to walk on water. It is possible to kept his going while in combat, but if concentration is broken – the nin will fall into the water.

*Shunshin no Jutsu(Body Flicker) : high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To someone watching it would seem they teleported, a puff of smoke left behind sometimes to disguise the user's movements. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination.

*Kawarimi no Jutsu(Body Replacement Jutsu) : one replaces their own body with a block of wood or some other object, the moment an attack lands. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. From this, the user can use the lapse in the enemy's attention to attack or flee from the battlefield. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. It's a basic ninjutsu even taught at the Academy.

*Bunshin no Jutsu(Clone Technique) : creates an intangible copy of one's own body, without any substance. Since the clone itself doesn't have the ability to attack, and thus can only be used to confuse the enemy, it is mainly used in combination with other ninjutsu. It's a basic technique, but depending on one's ingenuity, it can be used effectively. The clones will dissipate when they come into contact with something.
